Summary: THE SUPER SYSTEM!
Review: I've gained 22 pounds of muscle in five months. My bench press (full range) has increased by 35%, by Squat (full range) has increased by 25%. The poundages I'm using in my workouts are amazing: 2,500 pound leg presses, 600 pound bench presses! My arms tape a full 1 and 1/2 inches bigger and my waist has remained the same size.

Those who say that they can't get full-range results aren't trying hard enough. Besides, I just used the full-range for interest sake, I'll never train full-range again! Static Contraction is the only way to go!

Summary: STOP THE PRESSS! I WAS WRONG!
Review: I have previously given this book 5 stars, but i now have to change what i have said due to poor results in full range training.After becoming so strong on all of my static exercises, i had to go back to full range training, because there was not any equipment that would hold enough weight. My incline press had dropped from 315lbs for 3 reps, to 220 lbs for 2reps.And my leg press had gone down from 700 lbs for 20 reps, to 500 lbs for 10 reps.I was horrified, as it had taken me 8 years training to get to this strength,and i lost it all in 4 months! I appologise if my previous comments had led anyone to poor training results.

Summary: Don't hesitate to try this.It is the best system!
Review: This trainingprogram can't be described with words.You just have to try it.A truly scientific program that leavs the old way of training and searching for muscle gains in the garbage. Summary: A scientific approach to training that really works

Summary: Does this really work?
Review: I just recently purchased Static Contraction Training and after reading it from cover to back I just have one question... does it really work? Won't throwing around a bunch of heavy weights cause permanent damage in the long-run? I have been lifting for almost 3 years now and am not sure wether or not to start this so-called incredible program. Any comments would be appreciated.

Summary: FINALLY! THE TRUTH ABOUT BUILDING MUSCLE!
Review: As an exercise physiologist, I'm amused at the "qualifications" issue being raised by some of the critics of this method. The only thing that matters to scientists is whether or not the data corroborates the conclusions. In this case, the authors have provided rock-solid data, and have advanced a notion of training that is completely revolutionary in its breath and scope. "Eloquent?" By all means -- but don't also forget to add "scientifically valid." This book has set the new paradigm for efficiency in strength training.

Summary: More than just garbage, the programs may be dangerous!
Review: I worked very hard, following the guidelines and routines described in this book. After 4 months, I got results all right. 1.) I suffered specific joint damage in the shoulders and knees. 2.) I lost conventional strenght, setting me back over 6 months, plus the time I wasted on this program. I should have known better, the authors have no formal qualifications or training. This program perscribes you use larger weights than you've ever done before, and hold them for a few seconds. They make it sound great, and are very eloquent in their arguments. Too bad they don't know what they are doing! Don't buy this book, it has no value to any serious fitness pursuit!

Summary: THIS IS THE REAL THING FOR EVER!
Review: I can't just get it how those people who didn't get any results from this revolutionary training system what they actually did?I am am suspicious if they even really used this program and rated it with one star whithout even trying it.I GIVE THIS BOOK 20 STARS! Peter Sisco just discovered the truth about anaerobic training.It is very high intensity with minimum duration and huge weights to the limit.Again range of motion is not needed to gain lean musclemass.I have used Joe Weider's

training system.I have also used Mike Menzer with some sucsess.This is simple logic from nature. don't spend any more money buying any other book. the usual 6 times training a week comes together with all the farmacist's DRUGS!This training system which sadly is so popular is for money. Produce as many worthless mascines and sell so many useless supplements so the companys become millioners.Peter Sisco and John Little tells u the real truth in Bodybuilding today with all the drugs and supplements.And finally if YOU like to gain musclemass better than any other method withoute drugs and supplements this is the only way.Case closed.STATIC CONTRACTION TRAINING IS IT! discover the real truth! I have gained 20 pounds of muscle in just 8 weeks!

Summary: NOTHING BUT A HYPE.....
Review: after reading this book,i can't believe what the author is recommending about the training program. no matter how i think about the training there no way you will get big with this kind of training..ofcourse you will add weight with the program co'z your not doing a full range motion. but the truth is, you will loose a lot of strenght once you go back to regular training.. you guys outthere giving this book a 5 star think about this, if this training is so effective how come Mr. yates did not discover this when he was looking to change his training instead he looked up to Mike Mentzer for solution...i'm returning this book after i read the dorian yates book the warrior and watch the blood and guts video it's worth to keep , you might as well invest in this book and video than waist your time reading this book... it'not worth.
