She gives many incredibly insightful thoughts and ideas as well as sections at the end of each chapter for a review with a few fundamental questions.One that really stands out in my mind deals with forgiveness, and she states if you are having trouble forgiving people presend the next time you talk to them is their last day on earth. Very powerful book and very insightful.
