Brennan is cristal clear in the business of getting on with you healing journey. Do you really mean business? Go ahead with Brennan and her guide to heal yourself as result you will get on and on in life...at the speed of light!
So, do you want to really get on in life and move very fast? then heal your energy field, the rest is automatic business...the only thing under our control is our own healing, the rest will come automaitcally and with progressively much less trouble...and guess what? brennan give you here a step-by-step guide for it...no bull...but get your priorities clear, becasue you will have to give up what you have to give up, it is not only about getting and getting. Warning! in case you are the getting-only type, do not even try...this is serious business but guess what? in case you give you will get so much more!!!

Summary: Inspirational in a Graphic Way
Review: I enjoyed this 2nd offering from Barbara, primarily because of the effective use of illustrations-esp. those showing how people can manipulate on an energetic level. I actually tried one of the techniques on an extremely argumentative/opinionated individual and it stopped him dead in mid-sentence. I adjusted my aura, envisioned it teflon coated like Barbara suggested, said the words 'no contest' to myself, etc. and the results were so dramatic, immediate and obvious. Being well versed in alternative spirituality and its nomenclature I found Light Emerging to be a useful addition to my library indeed. I'm glad that Ms. Brennan has left her science background out of this work-i.e. explanation of the processes. Try what she suggests in Light Emerging and see for the results for yourself.

Summary: no book or person like this on earth
Review: Never in my life have I seen so much knowledge of spirituality and healing. No one has been more accurate on this topic. The only complaint I have is that she only offers a soft side of healing, and does not do much motivational "strap on your boots and just get after it" type of talk. Consider yourself very lucky to have read this book.

Summary: Where's the Science?
Review: This book defiantly adds to Barbara's first book 'Hands of Light', but as her being a scientist I ask myself where's the science in this book? She seems to just rely on her spirit guides for everything, even all the stuff she should and probably already does know as a psychologist! Why all the push to get everyone involved in the New Age/Eastern Religion stuff and talking to spirits? Instead why not try to teach people how to do things like Donna Eden does in her book Energy Medicine? If all her guides chanellings where left out of the book I would have added another star to it's rating.
