Rating: Summary: Inspiring Review: This book should be required reading for anyone who has gotten trapped in the diet cycle. Geneen shares her wisdom from her own personal experiences in a very simple and uplifting way. Short, sweet and easy to read. I find something new to smile about each time I read it.
Rating: Summary: This book is a gem Review: This book standouts in it's smallness, easy portable, similar to the small self help books these days. But packed with infinite wisdom; it focuses on the NOW, you should value yourself NOW, not when you are thinner! Live in the now don't wait til you lose .....lbs. before you treat yourself to that special outfit, appreciate your self, your strengths, your talents, and take care of YOU!!! IT is a book that shows one how to regain SELF-love and respect!!!
Rating: Summary: My new bible! Review: This has to be one the best books that I have ever read. To be honest, I have never read any other so-called "diet" books because I thought/think that it is all in your head and if you can have the will power and the motivation you will lose the weight. This books echos those thoughts. Also, when this title popped up on my "we recommend" list I thought that it must be good if Anne Lamott wrote the foreward and that is what made me want to buy it. It's great! And she loves chocolate, what more could you want from a book?
