Review: I think that they should have presented a more applicable, rather than theoretical, approach to the foundations of work. However, it covered a variety of topics and the tables were superb.

Review: This is the best book available on Industrial/Organizational Psychology. I have used it for several years. I enjoy it, and my students enjoy as well.
