Review: This is one of my favorite metaphysical books. It contains 44 practical exercises that you can use to help develop your psychic abilities, including creating a psychic shield for protection, sensing psychic information just by touching an object, and creating a psychic goal bowl. It can be used by beginners and non-beginners alike. I find that every time I return to it, I learn something new. There are many metaphysical truths lying buried in William Hewitt's words. Very highly recommended.
