For a complete beginner, who may need to sort out ideas of what it means to be psychic, clairvoyant, clairaudient, or otherwise, this is a good starting point. This is also a good place to start for someone who does not practice meditation or visualization, or someone who needs to be introduced to getting in tune with his senses. For those who understand the basic concepts, but would like to sharpen skill and technique with exercises that will further enhance their psychic senses, something a little more advanced is needed.

I think William Hewit who wrote this book is extremely clever because he takes all the useful information he knows and teaches it to you in simple way which makes you feel a lot more compfortable with what you're doing and he's very rasuring too. He also tells you expieriences he's had so that you know what kind of ways psychic powers will help you in the future!
Its a great book and I recomend it to anyone intrested in the psychic world!!

Review: Fans of this book should try to track down Jan Ehrenwald's ESP EXPERIENCE, probably the smartest book ever written on ESP and one that explains not only why human beings will always have such experiences but also why the average man and woman (especially in crisis, and caring) may have better luck "replicating" and controlling these phenomena than lab scientists and government agencies ever will.

Hewitt, it is an excellent book to read if your interested in your natural psychic abilities or would like to learn more on how to better use your psychic gift. It both confirmed and taught me more about some of the experiences that I have been having and brought me more in tune with myself and my abilities. I have so many of the excerises highlighted and practice them on a daily basis. This book is very easy to read and understand and the excerises in this book are also very easy to practice. All in all, I would recommend this book to anyone and everyone who is wanting to learn more about the gifts that Our Creator has given us. A book I couldn't put down and finished reading in less than 2 days. Very well done William W. Hewitt, I applaud you!!!

Review: I did try Sonia Chouquette's books and I agree with the reviewer that this one is a good addition. Actually, I would consider it more than an addition. I have enough self-improvement books to stock my own bookstore. This was one of the few that was to the point and left me feeling empowered instead of over-whelmed and frustrated.

I loved the idea of the goal-bowl. That alone was worth the price of the book.

Affordable, easy to read and mainly easy to USE. Thumbs up!

Review: I have been reading this book for a while now and I think I is a great tool to releasing your psychic abilities. The excersises are great, they relax you and make it much easyer to perform psychicly. The book also makes you much happier with your life. I used to be shy, quiet, and afraid to communicate with others. Lately I have found my self talking to people i was aways afraid to talk to before. I am still a little quiet but that is because I like to be. I will continue to read thi book and hope you will give it a try to. It has really helped me out so far, and helped me discover abilities I never knew I had.

Review: I have read this book and it was great. Hewitt has a very easy to follow exercise program. I have yet to find this book's equal in all the books I have seen. If you ever buy just one book if you are interested in improving your life and your special abilities this is the book for you.
