Summary: Great book but where is the INDEX!!!
Review: I found the information and recipes in this book terrific but was very frustrated by the lack of an index which can make locating information or recipes very difficult! If they had included an index, I would have given it a 5 star rating.

Summary: The book was informative, easy to follow and it is working!
Review: I had been on a weight loss program for several weeks when I found 40-30-30-Fat Burning Nutrition. I was mentally prepared to lose weight but not prepared for the weight loss that I experienced immediately on the "fat flush". Needless to say I was excited and a "believer". I have followed the program for four weeks and lost 8 pounds and several inches (2 dress sizes). I feel energetic, in control and determined. What a wonderful way to enter the "holiday season of joy and wonderful food!!. I plan on losing weight in November and December. Thank you for teaching me the importance of combinations. This is my first experience with the "Zone" diet and I am very glad that this is the first book that I have read because I needed it to be condensed, easy to read and follow, and simple. It was all three.

Summary: The 40-30-30 Fat Burning Nutrition Makes Sense
Review: I have been following the 21st Century Nutrition guidelines which are similar but the book makes a lot of sense. It is easy to read and very informative. I have recommended the book to several of my friends and hope to have a lot of success with this program.

Summary: You Can't Pass This Up !!!
Review: I have finally found a weight loss book that is simple to understand and easy to follow. What I found to be extremely helpful was the Meal Planner Conversion Chart. It's all figured out for you. You choose the plan that suits you best. Since I have been on this diet, all the cravings for junk food have gone. I was someone who lived for sugar and now I do not want any of it. I use to crave coffee in the morning as well but realized I didn't want that wired up feeling & acid stomach. I switched over to a caffeine-free coffee substitute made from soyabeans I found on the net at www. S o y c o f f e e.c om. It so easy for someone to tell you to eat less, but if you are craving bad foods, eventually you will fail. In the first five days I was on this diet all the craving ceased and I was already 8 lbs down. If you were like me and cannot wait for your next slice of cake and at the same time really want to change your lifestyle, Try this. I lost 9 pounds in three weeks. Went from a size 18 jeans to a size 16. This is the only way to go!!!

Summary: Just fabulous!
Review: I just purchases the 40-30-30 fat burning nutrition and I just love it. I feel like I've tried every diet book on this planet earth,so dietary weightloss books don't exactlly excite me. But I copied a few of the menus from the book while at the book store and tried it for a day. I had none of the sugar cravings that I normally have, and I felted satisfied at the end of my meals. I was going to try to do this program by just using the menus that I'd copied, then decided that I had to have the book. I don't think that I will ever be sorry for the money that I spent on this wonderful book. I recommend it to anyone who has struggled with any type of food addiction . Ananda

Summary: It Works!
Review: I just tried this diet 3 days ago and I have lost 6 pounds. At first, I just can't believe it would work out. I used to follow the low-fat, high carb diet and I only lost 4 pounds in 2 weeks. I was very frustrated. I tried herbal products and everything, but it didn't work out. First I tried this diet, I don't feel like it's a diet, because I never skip meal and I can eat delicious breakfast without feeling guilty. I've just exercised once, and I've lost this much. I'm getting motivated to lose even more with more exercise. However, I only give 4 stars, because I don't really like the meal. I hate turkey and pork. I'm just stuck with chicken, and ham. And, I've never had a chance to find this Whey protein powder anywhere in the drugstore. Anyone have any idea?

Summary: I love it!!
Review: I like the easy life style change concept. I have been on the fat flush plan for 3 weeks, basically following it on weekends but still cheating. I have lost 8 pounds and feel great. I am able to fix the same meals for my family and just add a couple of extra things for them. My son is an athlete and loves the meals too!!

Summary: Excellent, easy to follow, and never hungry!
Review: I lost 35 pounds with the help of this book - I couldn't deal with reading the Barry Sears books and the recipes were too complicated and time consuming for me, a student with little time and little patience for cooking anythin. This book was extremely easy to follow, the meals are simple and satisfying, and I was rarely hungry between meals. The occasional mini-snickers bar or chocolate malt balls didn't hurt either - but I still lost a lot of weight in a fairly short time. And my cholesterol went down too!

Summary: I Lost 37 lbs on this diet
Review: I LOST 37 LBS ON THIS DIET. It really helped me. I love the bars and shakes when I am on the run and when ever I want something luscious to eat. This is the simplist program to follow. You are changing the hormone response to fat. Many of us were overweight because of our hormones. Amazing! And it works! I highly recommend. I would love to share ideas and where to get the nutrition bars and shakes. Just write.
