Summary: Wacky advice
Review: One of the authors' ideas is "To get children weaned off cow's milk and dairy products, take them out into a cow pasture and ask them if they would want to suck out of a cow udder." But if we are supposed to eat beef, should we bite the cow instead? And why did God say the Promised Land was flowing with "milk and honey" if milk is supposed to be a man-made, and bad, food?
It takes a (painful) stretch of the imagination, not a leap of faith, to heed the advice concerning diet in this book.

Not just a food and fitness guide but a guide to maximize your life through time management, stress management as well as weight loss, food and exercises.
Dr. Lerner's sense of humor is encouraging and entertaining along the way. In just a short time I have increased my energy and lowered my stress and I am looking forward to more results as I continue this program.
