Rating: Summary: Simply fantastic Review: This is the perfect way to keep a detailed record of one of the most important times of your life. I can keep a track of all my doctors appointments, scan pictures, feelings, and memories of this pregnancy and then present it to my child when she is older. I love this diary, it is excellent and I carry it everywhere!!!
Rating: Summary: Couldn't Imagine Pregnancy Without It Review: This organizer was Great! I am an admittedly "A" type person who lives to "list" things. When I became pregnant, I forgot everything. I went to work a number of times with clothes on backwards. REALLY! Even forgot little things like my home phone number! Using this organizer (my husband bought it for me when I was 2+ mo pregnant) saved me. Only thing missing that would have been nice was a larger section (there's only one page) at the end for post-partum information. I had to add my own pages to the end for things like What to Eat when Nursing, Doctor Apts and Calls to Nurses, etc. I would have also liked to see a similar Organizer to match the What to Expect The First Year so that I could keep track of my son's diet, doctor appointments, etc as well. One thing I never used tho and thought was mediocre is the section for scrapbooking baby firsts such as photo and birth certificate. Not really where I want to keep that kind of thing. Some of the info in there is creepy and I would never want to show my son -- or others -- as I would the baby keepsakes.
Rating: Summary: What to expect when your expecting pregnancy organizer Review: This was the best place to keep ALL of my pregnancy information. It's a small & easy to carry book that is easy to use. It has a place to write questions for my next OB appt, as well as lab results, baby registration planning, and even the phone list of people to call after baby's born. I loved having everything in one place. It was not bulky at all, and is quite durable (didn't get ruined being tossed in my work bag etc)

Rating: Summary: I never left home without this organizer! Review: Truly, this was something of a Bible for me in my pregnancy - I kept all of my information here. I particularly used the OB visit section where I could write my questions on one side and then record the next OB visit on the facing page. I only wish there were more of those OB visit page - it ran about 3 visits short for me. I had little use for the incredibly detailed diet journal, but I managed to convert those grids for use in tracking which medications I had taken daily. This was not only helpful in keeping me organized, but it gave me comfort that if I should become bedridden, my husband would be able to pick it up and know everything - phone numbers for pharmacies, types of over-the-counter medications that were OK, lists of things I wanted to take the hospital, etc.
Rating: Summary: Not what I would recommend to a pregnant woman Review: While this book is okay for learning about the month-to-month changes your body is going through, it isn't good for much else. This book seems to take a lot of time detailing everything that can go wrong during a pregnancy. This is not what a pregnant woman needs to be reading about, in my opinion. I spent half of my pregnancy worried that I would have a cord prolapse and not be able to get to a hospital in time. The breastfeeding information provided in this book is pretty poor. There are far better pregnancy books out there, and for the life of me I can't understand the infatuation people seem to have with this book. I'd recommend reading The Pregnancy Book by Dr. Sears instead.
