Summary: Does wonders for your relationship!
Review: This book is amazing. I completely recommend it to others, especially if your relationship needs a quick "pick-me-up". A definite "must have" for the hot couple. I think I want another one!

Summary: confusing
Review: Yeah I was fooled. I only got 32. And that was with my imagination as well. I can't believe it wanted me to think.

What was confusing was that I bought the book after looking at the title and not the subtitle. So I assumed it was 101 nights of grrreat sex. I was fooled you see, because I didn't read the subtitle: "...for couples" When I got home and saw this, thought it was limiting, but I didn't realise that it meant for a couple of people. I thought of couple of anything that included me.

So before you buy this book, make sure you know that it's meant for a couple of humans, not chickens, nor chicken human couples. The book is still mildly enjoyable.

Also Tony the tiger is missing.

Summary: its not for everyone but if its for you its a 5-Star book
Review: ...The premise of the book is that both the man & the woman open sealed pages instructing them to do something different, unusual, romantic or kinky. THIS BOOK IS NOT FOR EVERYONE.

If you are in a healthy relationship, are open-minded, are romantic & open & expressive to your mate, and already enjoy a variety of positions, then don't buy it. Its just that simple.

Not everyone is terribly creative. Not everyone has the guts to do what they can think of. Sometimes they're find but they fear their partner won't "go for it". Some people aren't able to express their love outwardly. And sometimes relationships go stale. Sometimes people are so busy that they fail to make time for themselves, their spouses or the things they love & enjoy.

This doesn't make you a bad person...it just means you need either a) ideas, or b) guts to do it. This book is for you then.

It has the potential to get you and your partner to try new things, or do old things in a new way. Despite the pre-planning aspect, it will help you be more spontaneous. it'll motivate you to try that thing you always wanted to do but were maybe nervous about suggesting.

One note: don't expect 101 nights. it gives each partner one concept per week (52 x 2 = 101). Some require a lot of pre-planning & you might not have time. A handful involving pornography which may turn off religious types. Several involve a high degree of expensive ($100+. Some simply wont work unless you live in a large house or apartment. Having young kids could definately interfere with some concepts. Some concepts just seemed silly...

Despite these problems, I would say most people could do 80% or more of the concepts. My wife & I enjoyed it greatly, and obviously so have many others who bought this book. As long as you understand whether this book is for you or not, then you should be satisifed with this book.

Summary: Too much is assumed
Review: Laura Corn seems to automatically assume that the woman stays at home all day. Well this is kinda hard for us, considering my husband and I both work the same hours, so anything that requires preperation while your husband is at work is out the window for us. She also says that sex is not romance... yet it seems that every romance in this book leads to sex. I wasn't looking for hot romance when I bought this book, I was looking for "dating again" romance.

Summary: Passion, Sex and Intrigue-reignite that spark!
Review: Could your love life use a little spice? If so, then this is the book for you! Remember those days when you were still in the "honeymoon stage" of your relationship? You know, the days when the thought of making love on a bar sounded "hot" not messy and uncomfortable. Well, this book helps couples recapture that passion by offering 101 steamy suggestions on how to bring their partner and themselves, more pleasure. The best part? Because each suggestion is sealed, you can never be sure if what your partner is doing was discussed in the book or if they're letting their imagination take over! Although I was hesitant upon reading some of the envelopes, I took the author's advice and let go of my inhibitions-which proved to be her best suggestion of all!

Summary: apparent pseudonym of author betrays "corn"-iness of book
Review: We gave it a try, but the scenarios tended to fall into two categories of obvious things we do anyway and elaborate, theatrical goofiness. It just wasn't "us". We now read to each other from it for _laughs_.

Let me contrast this with some much more useful books also available at Amazon: _The_Multiorgasmic_Man_ by Mantak Chia, _The_Art_of_Sexual_Ecstasy_ by Margo Anand, and the works of Barbara Keesling, _How_to_Make_Love_All_Night_ (for men) and _Discover_Your_Sexual_Potential_ (for women).

These books may read like plumbing manuals with a little new age hokum thrown in, however they present a much more fulfilling and stimulating approach to sex than Ms. Corn's. Basically, by learning to relax, pay attention to your body and eventually control the orgasmic reflex, men and women can have mutliple orgasms and extended "relaxation orgasms" that last several minutes. In particular, a man can learn to have orgasms without ejaculating.

This approach places a lot of value on Being Yourself and feeling comfortable with your partner, which I found to be at odds with this book's emphasis on doing things very much out of our character (i.e. wrapping one another in saran wrap).

Face it folks, you can buy this book and try to act out scenes from Harlequin romances, or you can buy the other books I've mentioned, put a couple weeks into practicing and have 10 orgasms in 5 minutes, or one orgasm that lasts 5 minutes...

Summary: not enough naughty
Review: i like this book a lot, but it gets repetitive. some of the stuff is really fun though, and although some pages seem naive and simple, its very nice to take the time to do it. i already had a pretty good, open and naughty relationship, so many of the things in the book were like hmm been here done that. unfortunately, we are running out of cheap pages... although we got this book 2 and a half months ago. if your sex life is routinary GET THIS BOOK. if not, its great too. the most important thing is that it keeps your imagination working... if you are looking for HOW to do specific stuff with many details on performing you might just want to buy something else though.

Summary: Need more romance
Review: I thought I would be able to get into this book and the concept but it didnt quite work for me. All the little sex tricks weren't really a turn on for me. I need to be "romanced" to be turned on, to be treated like I'm someone wonderful. My husband started doing things suggested in The RoMANtic's Guidebook by Michael Webb and THAT really got me going.
