The video is very helpful, I'm a visual learner and it makes all the difference. If you are not seeing results you expected try the video to get the proper form.

This book is just full of useful information. Some of the things that are mentioned I knew about but there was a great deal of info of which I was not informed.
The author's suggestion to sleep on your back to avoid pillow wrinkles and maintain the symmetry of the face really worked for me. I noticed the difference in my face in just several weeks.
Her information on free radicals and what they do and how they are caused was also very interesting. I emailed Carole to ask some advice about my skin because I have rosacea and she was very helpful and steered me to two products which worked wonders for me. I am no longer on any medication for the rosacea.
I have been doing the exercises in the book faithfully now for over 4 months and I am very plesantly surprised at how well they work for me. These exercises will work for anyone who is willing to give them a try. I have just ordered her video, which I believe will eliminate any questions I have about doing the exercises correctly.

Started Facercising when I was in my mid-40s and my face/neck were heading south. I've had the great fortune of studying with Carole Maggio. I use her books and video to remind myself how to do the exercises properly.Just celebrated my 57th BD and can't imagine what I'd look like without this easy and amazing program. Facercise lifted my cheeks to my 30-something level, filled in the hollow area around my mouth, have kept my eyes firm and toned, and took away that thin, chicken-looking neck that was making its appearance. People don't believe me when I tell them my age, especially my gay male friends. Facercise is the fastest way to erase those telltale signs of aging in a natural way. I am eternally grateful for Carole Maggio and this remarkable program!
