Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: Reading this book has changed my life. Review: I received this book from my sister over a year ago and put it away. I came across it last winter and started to read it every day beginning January 1st, 1998. In no time, I began to notice a pleasant change occurring in my life. This book has opened my heart, and I can't wait to read it again in 1999! When I read the writings in my journal, it is like reading a diary of events of my life last year. I will continue to keep my journal forever! Thanks, Sarah!
Rating: ![3 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-3-0.gif) Summary: Pleasant, if taken lightheardetly. Review: I've read this book from cover to cover and if taken seriously it will spin you into depression. There were many helpful items, but most are merely to make one smile and then continue on with real life. I especially laughed in Dec. when at one point SBB tells us to give up the friviolities of the Victorians b/c they make our holiday's too crammed up and then a few days later she tells us that we should take on the ways of the Victorians! Talk about contradictions--many abound; reader stand forwarned. I need a book for a woman of the 1990's, not the 1890's!
Rating: ![1 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-1-0.gif) Summary: This book is not worth one red cent. Review: Christians beware! This is nothing but NEW AGE in a pretty cover. It's all about self, self, self...quite the opposite of what the bible teaches. Don't waste your money. Amazon has many great Christian books available without our having to compromise our beliefs to read them.
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: a book to live by everyday! Review: This book is so awesome--it's hard to put down. Ms. Breathnach does such a marvelous job in getting the message across that we all need to live more simply. Abundance will follow. She is so right!
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: I can't stop telling others about it with excitement. Review: After seeing only minutes of Ms. Breathnach on a news interview, I found my self in our local bookstore at lunch. This book is such an inspiration for women of all ages. I have bought 7 books not including mine as gifts and I can't stop mentioning it to other friends. The daily reading helps me to simply appreciate "me" and my "now" for what it is. It helps me and my close friends discover the hidden things that we have and help us to bring out the best in ourselves, keeping ourselves first. I love it!
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: This book has simply and quickly changed my life. Review: My dearest friend gave me this book when we reconnected after a couple of years. She told me it would change my life. I, of course, did not believe her. Now, I must say, after less than one month, my life has TRULY changed. This may not be the most well-written book on my shelf, but it is certainly my most well-read book. I cherish it for opening my eyes, in my mid-years, to a serene and joyful life. I will give this book to my special and needful friends this holiday season, and I will pass it on to my lovely daughter in good time.
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: Great! How to REALLY enjoy more with less!! Review: This book by Sarah Ban Breathnack will, if followed faithfully, change your attitude on life. You will realize JUST WHAT is important, and what is "fluff"---nice to have, but NOT a necessity! She writes this as a journal; and asks that you begin at the beginning, even if you receive the book as a gift in May. I received it as a gift from my sister--and my daughter (a teenager)--absolutely loves the book! (I only hope when she gets her copy, she will keep a gratitude journal; (it kind of "grounds you", and you begin to realize what in each 24 hours is important).....Wonderful book! Five + stars! I'd give it to anyone.......
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: a life-changing book Review: I picked this book up two years ago, and have yet to put it down. It has helped me to rediscover my own greatness, reminding me of how powerful and clever and creative I really am. At the same time, it helped me to see the sacred and spiritual in my life, in a way that Christian church hasn't been able to do for me. I have given the book to friends as gifts, and while the book is written to be read every day for a year, I've read it in '97 and '98, and expect to begin again in '99. I'm on my way to buy her next book now...
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: This book changed my life Review: I was wasting time in the airport one month ago and found this book, plus the journal. In one month my husband and best friend have noticed large changes in my behavior. I am calmer, my home is more beautiful and relaxing. My friends do not want to leave my home now. I feel better than I have felt in years. I have read self help books all my life but there is NOTHING out there like this one. I also have the journal that I do everyday. One month;and I am a very different woman and I have a very different life. Thank you Sarah.
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: I developed totally fresh insights as to my purpose Review: This book has changed my focus and given me a greater sense of peace in my life. Together with Tom Patersons'book "Living The Life You Were MeantTo Live" I have found my giftedness and the satisfaction I was lacking earlier. I wish that I had read them years ago.
