I'm tired of general workouts that make my muscles ache and restrict my golf swing. This guide not only got me in better shape, but it got me in better GOLF SHAPE! My flexibility has improved, along with my stamina. And i'm hitting the ball longer without sacrificing one inch of accuracy! Buy it or steal it, just get this guide!

Rating: Summary: FINALLY - Golf-Specific Workout Programs Review: Just what I was looking for - something to help motivate me to stay in shape (and ended up giving me a lot of strength/power AND more flexibility. Helped a lot with my stamina as well (not huffing and puffing up the 18th fairway). I'm fit all year round because of the in, off, and pre season workout programs it provides. I also notice I'm hitting the ball farther (more club-head speed) without swinging any harder at it.I would recommend this book to anyone, young or old, who thinks fitness can help their golf game (it can, just ask Tiger!)
Rating: Summary: Weak Cut and Paste Approach Review: Looks like these were borrowed from other books on training, not worth the bucks, sorry I made the purchase. Instead, get Physical Golf, Core Powered Golf and a basic book on weightlifting and combine the exercises.
