Review: Thank you thank you thank you. This is by far Dr. Phil's best book yet, and I LOVED the last 2!! I can tell what all of my friends and family are getting for Christmas, Self Matters! I could not put this book down, I read it cover to cover in just 2 days, and the exercises in the book were so helpful that I am about to cry because I wish this book would have been here years ago. Thank you Dr. Phil, you are doing a great thing!

There are a few times in life when you realize you have run into greatness, this is one of them. I have always been impressed with Phil McGraw, I am now blown away. Review: Dr. Phil's last two books are amazing but OH MY GOD this is LIFE CHANGING!!!! Dr. Phil has helped so many on Oprah he helped me with Self Matters. This is by far the best investment I have ever made. I would recomend this book to everybody, whether you think you need help or not. Thank you Dr. Phil you are the best.

Review: I have read both Life Strategies and Relationship Rescue by Dr. Phil and I have to say that this third book lived up to all my expectations, once I began reading it I could not put it down. I have recommended this to everyone I know. I was not expecting any kind of quick fix but rather something that could point me in the right direction. I intend to read this again so that I can absorb everything more effectively. This is a must read for anyone who wants to improve their life.\

His tell it like it is style helped me take a good hard look at myself and how I could begin the healing. I have been going through a rough time in my life and Self Matters has helped me to stop feeling sorry for myself and start feeling good about what is good in my life. For the first time in a long while things don't look so bad. This book is money well spent.
