Rating: Summary: Lost nine pounds in 10 days and feel fabulous Review: Hey - this wasn't that hard to follow and when I cheated, I wasn't a slave to those old cravings so something changed in my body. Ultimately, I lost a total of 13 pounds and am happy with the results not to mention, lots and lots of compliments. My friends have been very impressed and are all on the Plan. If I start to feel bloated again, I just go back on it for a few days. The best new diet program out there, I can tell you. Ruth W.
Rating: Summary: Best New Diet Book Out There Review: I really enjoyed this program and am so glad that the author - whose work predates the Protein Power people, Sugar Busters, Carb Addicts, and the Zone - is finally getting her due. The best part of the program is that my skin has cleared up, my fibromyalgia is remarkedly improved and I no longer have bouts of insomnia.. I lost 11 inches during the first two weeks and have managed to keep it off with her Fat Flush Kit - which is the most inexpensive way to get the carb controlling nutrients and liver supporting elements the author suggests. The recipes, by the way, are unsually tasty and I serve them to my family. I am a very satisifed customer and recommend that anybody doing those other programs, get on the Fat Flush bandwagon because this is the real deal and the next wave. Sheila Rose
Rating: Summary: Best Diet Ever!! Review: I've tried them all with little success. But in 2 weeks on the FF Plan I've lost 11 lbs..people are complimenting me on how my skin looks..my allergy, asthma, and Crohn's disease symptoms are gone. I feel fabulous and for the first time in years can believe I can be a thin person again. It's a little complicated...but after a few days it becomes routine, it is very strict-you have to give up caffeine, sugar, artificial ingredients. Everything you need can be purchased at the health food store or grocery store-you don't have to buy her supplements to be successful and it really works!
Rating: Summary: Simply amazing Review: I have been on the Fat Flush Plan for about 7 or 8 months now and have had amazing results. Without even lifting a finger to work out, I lost the 20+ pounds that I gained during my depression during the first two weeks! What's best of all? Even though I only loosely follow the plan today, the weight doesn't come back. The diet plan itself is not taxing on your body. This is not a fad. The meals that you eat are hopefully some of the things that you already eat today. You will leave the first two weeks of Phase I of the plan with a new outlook on how our society teaches us to eat wrong, and feel better than you ever have to boot. Buy this book and begin to change your eating lifestyle. You won't regret it.
Rating: Summary: Must Reading for All Serious Health Seekers Review: Even though this book addresses weight loss, it is really an overall health book. My cholesterol was 320 and at the end of Phases 1 and 2 of this Plan, it came down to 210. My triglycerides were 240 and at the end of the phases, they are now 105. My HDl is now normal and best of all my fasting glucose is 95 - down from 149. I am sold
Rating: Summary: A new way of life Review: I started the Fat Flush Plan a month ago. The first two weeks I lost 17 pounds. I have lost another 7 pounds since then. I feel wonderful. I was so bloated before I started the plan and now I feel lean and healthy. My clothes are hanging on me. This is not a diet to me, it is a new way of eating. I am excited because the Plan addresses the causes of weight gain - not just quick remedies.
