Review: This journal is a compact record-keeper, information source and progress monitor. For those who make a project out of diet/fitness routines and who love to see a visual representation of the progress, this is fun and motivational. It provides enough space to completely monitor and record a three-month program, after which another journal is necessary. I am delighted with this book.

No more excuses why I was gaining weight, it's allthere in black and white. Once I began using the Journal I felt like I finally had to be honest with myself, and found that evn though I eat healthy foods during my meals, the real culprit was all the between meal snacks. Thanks for finally making me tell myself the truth.

As a Personal Fitness Trainer, I use this journal and recommend it to all of my clients! It allows you to keep track of the basics or the minute details of your diet and exercise every day. It is easy to use and is small enough to take with you wherever you go. What a great motivator!

If you are dieting it is important that you write down and be accountable for everything you put in your mouth. This book helps to do that. It has a few pages of information about how to use the book at the beginning as well as pages where you can write down your goals. It can be adapted to fit pretty much any diet and there are also spaces to write down your excercise and any supplements you take. I am doing Weight Watchers now and it works great for that. I also really like how there are spaces near the back where you can graph things such as your weight loss or mile times. I think the book must come in different colors. I recieved mine in dark green, just in case you are particular about the color. Overall, highly recommended.
