Summary: The Wisdom of this book WORKS!
Review: GREAT agreements to live by in our lives! The books is simple, truthful, and EXCELLENT is pushing our level of thinking. I love ALL the agreements, but "Don't Take Anything Personally" impacts me most, just Don't Take It Personally and all will work itself out, the way it is suppose to be! I Love Don Miguel Ruiz! I like his style!

Summary: Enjoyable and simple self-improvement reading.
Review: This is a good book on the self-improvement area. Explores 4 basic principles from the author's Toltec ancestry, and explains them in real simple terms in order to facilitate their day-to-day implementation. Short and to the point. Good read.

Summary: Awakening From the Dream
Review: All the most profound and potentially transforming books of wisdom are the simplest in word, idea and grammar. The Four Agreements is no exception. Don Miguel Ruiz has a powerful gift for saying what is so without being caustic or pompous or, conversely, glossing over his words with politically correct padding. From the first paragraph I knew this book is one I could read several times and get something new, refreshing and insightful every time. This book is a must-read for anyone who is on a conscious path to real self-expression, truth and complete freedom.

Summary: FREEDOM : You can do it!
Review: "You don't need knowledge or great philosophical concepts. You don't need the acceptance of others. You express your own divinity by being alive and by loving yourself and others. It is an expression of God to say, "Hey, I love you"." This book is great and it can't change your life, all you have to do is: "Be Impeccable with your word- Don't Take Anything Personally- Don't Make Assumptions- Always Do Your Best."

Summary: Words to live by.
Review: I purchased this book after reading a brief blurb about it in a magazine. I am so happy I did. Imagine, if we all were impeccable with our words? And boy, how I wish I didn't take things personally. We all know what happens when you make assumptions. But the part to always do my best is refreshing. I repeat these four agreements every day, as a reminder to do my best. To become the person I want to be. Since reading this book I have come into situations where I thought twice before opening my mouth, and chose to do the right thing.

I plan to give this little book to everyone I know this year for their birthday. It is a little book on how to make our lives (and others') a bit better.

Summary: Plenty Of Food For Thought For A Truly Better Life !!
Review: This fast-reading volume offers a lot more than I expected. It is a profound statement based on the ancient Toltec Mexican-related religious wisdom that is as valuable today as it was in ancient times. The teachings are quite simple, and they encourage you to live purposely and help you grow. There's much to ponder to help you achieve this growth. In the modern life, everything is so complex. It's refreshing to read about the simple things you can do in your daily life, to help you really live a good, personally satisfaction-filled life. It gets you to realize THAT YOUR LIFE IS GOOD, and you can take comfort in that, and grow personally. Very worthwhile reading. Read it and share it with those you love.

Summary: Great Book for everyone on the spiritual path
Review: This is an excellent book to keep as a reference. I've read it several times and always get a lot out of it. This is a great book to give to anybody on a spiritual path. It's an important book to get your hands on. One of the agreements that I believe is very important is "To be impeccable with your word", so when you open your mouth and make any kind of committment to anybody, even if it's someone you don't know that well, keep your word and followthru. Awesome!
