Summary: Pavel's best book since Power to the People
Review: Along with Power to the People, this is THE "how to" manual for getting stronger. The workout Pavel recommends contains only two exercises, the one-armed push-up and the pistol, a one-legged squat. But these exercises are not merely prescribed as a routine. Pavel uses them to teach you how to gain total body strength via the mastery of muscle tension. Really, the exercises are just vehicles for you to learn the skill of intense, total-body muscle contraction, although performing them will obviously make you exceptionally strong in those movements. In other words, this books teaches you how to be strong in all movements through the mastery of two basic exercises. For those of you put off by the difficulty of the exercises, Pavel demonstrates how to work up to those movements via easier variations of the exercises. Definately worth every penny.

Summary: One of the classic's
Review: Although Pavel Tsatsouline often uses scientific data to show a layer of proof to his programs and techniques his real genius comes not from researching scientific data but from his ability to craft real world usable techniques that vast numbers of people have been able to use to achieve outstanding results.

This book is no different and although you will either love or hate how he puts his ideas on to paper, if you are willing to go beyond the normal, enure the pain and utilise techniques that can range from 'why did I not think of that' to 'you must be joking' you will see results.

There are plenty of other books out there that offer outstanding promises to transform your body or giving you the ultimate workout which just leave you wishing you had saved your money, with this book the only easy part is reading it and the only wishing you will be doing is wishing Pavel had written it sooner.

Summary: Pavel Does It Again
Review: Another awesome book by Pavel, the best free hand training guide ever written, packed with detailed and result producing information on every page.

Summary: Fascinating
Review: Another in depth, myth-busting book on fitness and strength training from Pavel Tsatsouline. It's always a pleasure to read his unique, well researched books.

I encountered a lot of new training ideas I'd never seen anywhere else before and am looking forward to trying some of them out. It's great to have tested, proven strength training routines that don't depend on expensive equipment or trips to the gym. Pavel is a great antidote to the steroid pumped ego-maniacs who pose as strength training experts.

Summary: Real-World and Practical Approach
Review: As a person who travels a lot, I often don't have easy access to gym equipment. Pavel Tsatsouline does an excellent job of outlining the basics of strength development using no equipment at all. He spends just enough time on the "principles", and then applies those principles on two basic exercises. However, his principles can be applied to ALL exercises.

His approach is practical and real-world. I can only speak for myself and my own results in applying the basic principles outlined by Pavel. My strength has increased. I feel great. My energy and flexibility levels have never been better. No injuries. And 3 friends have already asked to borrow this book.

Summary: Not just for boys...
Review: As a very busy mother of two and entrepreneur Pavel's "The Naked Warrior" is a godsend to me. I don't often have long breaks during the day to exercise but I know how important it is. Thanks to this book, I have tons of new exercises I can do in minutes between emails. Pavel covers nuances of positions to get the most out of each exercise too. I can tell proper execution of exercise is important to him...so I feel safe doing all of the exercises I've tried so far. Forget exercise trends. This book is destined to be a classic.

Summary: A Great BOOK and a Great INTERVIEW
Review: Don't let the title fool you. This book is about "Strength Conditioning" or what the elite refer to as "Smart Muscle." I look for books that show me how I can use my mind to think differently on the inside so I can manifest the results that I want on the outside.

Since being in shape and taking care of our bodies is one of the cornerstones to happiness, success, and longevity, I try to find authors who know what works, because when people go about trying to get in shape without first knowing the right thoughts and beliefs to have, they are doomed to failure. It's always best when you find a great book like this, with well tested strategies, and then follow them.

Pavel is one of the World's top experts in the field of "strength and flexibility" and he says, "mindless lifting is for losers" and "strength is a skill."

Most people are in poor shape because they come up with endless excuses based on incorrect thinking, such as you have to 'workout in a gym,' or 'wear just the right clothes,' or have 'fancy high-tech machines.' He says, "no more excuses" because we can now know how to master the secrets of the super-strong using body weight exercises only. You just need a little floor space and all of us have that.

I interviewed Pavel on The Inside Success Show and loved every bit of it. His character is just as strong as his body. I was delighted to tell him personally that his program is working for me. After 3 weeks I'm nearly back to my college strength (25+years later) and doing 1-armed pushups.

Here's some of the other things I learned.

** How Pavel learned the secrets of the super-strong in Russian special forces and now teaches them to USA military and law enforcement agents.
** What is real strength and why bodybuilding of itself is vanity
** 3 tips that can instantly make you stronger
** Why it's more important get good a just a couple of exercises than to learn a wide variety
** What are the 3 BIG mistakes people make that keep them weak

If you're ready to stop putting off getting in shape, with excuses such as, you don't have time to go to the gym or you don't have the right clothes or equipment, and you want to learn the best techniques for getting in shape fast (and improving as you grow older like me), then this is a book you can depend on to help you.
