Having to deal with change and trying to get others to understand why changes are desirable, this was a great response to the old saying, "It isn't broke, why fix it?" Simple, yes, and everyone should be able to relate. Excellent book for people facing unasked for change in their lives and everyone else as well. It has helped me to be more patient with those who don't see that "the cheese has moved."
