Review: I bought this book to prepare myself for my first time with a woman. I read it cover to cover, memorized every detail in order to be able to "perform". Well, let me tell you something, my first lover was an experienced lesbian which...ummm...went far beyond the book's suggestions on how to do things. This book is very informative for someone who has absolutely NO clue of lesbian lovemaking, and it provides some very useful sources of information for the gay community. However, unless you're a virgin try another book cause this is not for the advanced!

Review: I had resisted buying this book for some time because I felt that I was well acquainted with the subject matter already. I was, however, suprised at how much I learned from the Lesbian Sex Book. Every appropriate topic is covered in a concise, succinct manner and the writing is exceptionally clear and direct. I have recommended this book to my Lesbian friends and they have found it as useful and informative as I have.

Review: I loved illustrating for this book. I got to show (and learn) so many tantalizing techniques to develop a better sex life together. I know you and your partner will enjoy a much more fulfilled sex life and really enjoy this.

Summary: Ok, but certainly not for those looking for in depth info
Review: I was disappointed in this book. From the cover, it looked like a warm, sensual look at the art of women loving women. Unfortunately, the text is full of rather unattractive illustrations and descriptions that are both over-simplified and out-dated. I admit this book may be helpful for someone who is clueless...but for those of us that have performed some of the things in the book, it seemed sadly lacking.

Review: It's good the author updated her book, which was pretty old ...( It came out before I was even legal!), but I don't think it's very good. So it's one of those A to Z books. Tells you about everything, but not how to do it.

Review: My girlfried and I totally love picking subjects and reading the simple but informative descriptions to each other. Sometimes reading new information, sometimes reading old. This book is so simple, we recommend it for your coffee table when your most close minded friend comes by....

Review: So, yes, all I really needed to know about lesbian sex I have learned from this phenomenal book. In easy-to-read abecedarian (abc-order) format, it's comprehensible, clear, concise without omitting great details, and can be picked up and accessed by topic any time. The revisions are contemporary and and cool, helping the original writing to extend to queer girls of the younger generation. This is a reference book that I will keep on my shelf and will recommend to everyone I know, even to men who seem to be relatively clueless about sex between women. Keep this one in mind for the holidays, kids. :)
