Review: I found my first SARK book last week. The colors jumped out at me in the bookstore. I couldn't believe I found an adult writer who expressed all the color and energy of my spirit. My philosophy in life is to "leave color". I hope to get enough money to buy her other books as well. In our sometimes gray world, we need SARK's vibrancy and color. Keep creating SARK!

Review: The author of this book truly invites women out to play. My friends and I have all shared this book and as a result have become closer. Salk encourages women to be who they are and to be proud of who they are. For women like me who have learned to put other peoples feeling first, her ideas have been a true inspiration. My friends and I are more likely since sharing this book to really express what we are feeling to one another and those around us. How empowering! Sharing the concepts that I have learned from Salk with my daughter has helped me, to help her be who she is and not who I expect her to be. She will definately be encouraged to live fully, richly and OUT LOUD! Many thanks to Salk.

Summary: Whenever you are down it will always bring you up
Review: Just wonderful for all those women who thougth that living with ourselfs was a difficult task. Shows how to take advantage of that person within us. First I was suprised because of the way it was written, since I had't read SARK'S before; after first chapter the colours of the book and the drawings start to make sense and at the end you will miss her and be a little sorry that there is no other page left. Excellent gift .

Review: I came across SARK by accident in 1998, but I loved her "Succulent Wild Woman" book so much, I went out and bought "The Bodacious Book of Succulence" and "The Journal and Play! Book". SARK's books make reading fun, and are very inspiring. I love her writing-it is big and colourful. In addition, her books look beautiful on my bookshelf-the colours she uses are gorgeous. Thanks, SARK, for putting the colour back into reading.
