Summary: A laugh a minute
Review: If you have any sense of humor all, this is the book for you. It will make you smile and laugh with each page. It is a true account of the Sweet Potato Queens outlook on life. What an outlook it is too! It gives you a way to look at things even when things dont go the way you want it too. I loved it and would recommend it to everyone. You will really be missing out on something if you dont purchase this book!

Review: Yippee! This is the funniest book I have ever read. No one can write and become your best friend like Jill Conner Browne. I really missed her after I finished the book....missed the other Tammys too. This is a book that draws you inside and you want to stay. A group of us are so excited about these Sweet Potato Queens, that we are going to Jackson and marching in the parade! Our policy is to spread the word about the book and insist that the next person buy it...making sure that Jill and her fabulously fuuny book become household words. Grab your favorite girlfriends and have a royal hoot with this. Cannot wait for another book by Jill. I'll buy anything she writes.

Summary: No southern belle should miss this!
Review: Having been born in Dallas & currently residing in Jackson, I feel like Jill must be one of my old friends using another name. If there's anything better than being a Queen, I've yet to imagine it. I literally had to hold in my laughter at times, to keep my kids from asking what I was reading. I loaned the book to my Mississippi born neighbor & told her "If this isn't the best book you've EVER read, then I don't know you very well". I loved it!

Review: Jill Connor Browne gets five stars from me for the great Southern woman she is. I absolutely adore her. Fate and promotion of our books have allowed our paths to cross and I have discovered that she is a perfect example of the Southern woman about whom I write --- smart, energetic, charming, witty, kind, optimistic and hard working. So many of you have fallen in love with her wit and words, but let me assure you that when you know the woman personally, you're absolutely certain to be completely smitten. My strongest best wishes for the greatest success possible goes to this Mississippi maven.

Review: I cannot express in a mere 1000 words how much I enjoyed this book. I am determined to use this book as my new guide to life as a Southern woman! I intend to live my life as a perpetual lady in waiting a/k/a Wannabe and make all of my dreams come true. With this book in hand, I know that I will be able to live the rest of my life in a regal state and demand and command the respect, honor and devotion that a true Queen deserves. I highly recommend this book to any woman who has ever been in the company of man and who intends to allow men in her presence in the future. This will give her the appropriate criteria for attracting and maintaining males of a superior kind - if they exist at all!

Review: This book not only offers you the chance to be a Queen and have all your dreams come true, it also answers those pressing questions such as "why do we really need men in our lives ?" and "how can we get the most out of them with the least amount of effort?" The recipes-- and we are both professional chefs-- are just damn good, especially when one has PMS. As The Queen says "Be Particular" (we are) and own this book. Read it, learn it, live it, love it, and buy it for all your girlfriends.
