Review: I am a Lifetime member of Weight Watchers, and I LOVE THIS BOOK! It gives the fat, fiber, and calories -- just get out your Pointsfinder, and you'll easily be able to figure the points. The recipes are so good that even my husband loves them. When my kids have their friends over, I have to make double and triple of everything in order to keep everyone happy with the extra helpings they want. This is a healthy eating cookbook you'll really USE.
