Summary: Simply easy and wonderful
Review: The corn and shrimp soup is OUTSTANDING. We used shrimp once, then substituted crawfish tails. Just great. Thanks Holly. JSS3.

Review: This is an absolutely fabulous cookbook. The recipes are delicious and easy to make. My children thought I had gone to cooking school when I first tried this book. The freezer friendly section makes for great planning and the vegetarian section is perfect for my daughter. This book is filled with all kinds of helpful hints and extras (Who needs a lot of pictures, I would rather have more recipes). The directions are perfectly clear. I would ditch the subscription to Cooking Light and buy her whole series.
