Summary: The Perfect Partner for your Low-Carb Diet
Review: My doctor sais I needed to be healthier while on the Atkins Diet because I was eating too many fatty foods like bacon and eggs. A friend suggested this book to me, and it has opened up a new world of healthy, low-carb possibilities. And the best thing is that they all taste great too -- especially the desserts! I also bought one of the author's other cookbooks called The Lowfat Grill. It's also great for low-carb dieters who want to watch fat intake too.

Summary: ULTIMATE? Relative to what?
Review: There are now many excellent and creative low-carb cookbooks available. I guess this one may have been ahead of its time AT the time it was produced. But it lacks a good selection of desserts and it sits on my shelf. The book that is on my kitchen counter every day is called "Carb-less in Seattle." This one has 30 desserts which work and 15 of them are chocolate. I saved the price of it in no time by making the simple sauces and dressings alone. It's well worth searching for.

Summary: Amazing
Review: This cookbook is simply amazing. When it arrived, I dog-earred 80% of the pages immediately and have been working my way through each of them ever since. There isn't one recipe I haven't loved and I'm eating better, not to mention losing weight, as never before. The recipes are easy to follow and for someone who never cooked, this has been a revelation. I enjoy cooking now; the time spent doing so is rewarding and fun. Low-carb eating makes total sense and this cookbook makes it all worthwhile.
