Review: I love to cook, but I can't eat anything in the regular cookbooks. I'm hoping to take culinary arts next year in 9th grade, and I hope this will help me because the chef has a celiac son. This book includes wonderful and tasty ways to get back the foods that I loved before I was diagnosed.
