Review: Yes, the recipies do include many ingredients, but I was able to find every ingredient at my local health food store. Three out of my four daughters have celiac disease (diagnosed just a month ago), and this book has helped with the transition to gluten free living. Even my non-celiac daughter LOVES the baked goods that I have made. For my girls, the little extra time involved is so worth it.
