Summary: Martha Stewart said the food was good, so we had to try it.
Review: We have tried many of the items and have found all of them very good. We were looking for low-fat, non-dairy foods and have been very surprised at how good all of the recipes have been. It takes some time to put them together, but it is well worth it. Some of our favorites are the Apple pie, Lasagna, veg. soup, ruben sandwich, pizza. So far we have not be disappointed in any of them. We will be buying copies of this book for our friends, so they can have the same experience we did.
