Rating: Summary: Have over 100 cookbooks, use this one the most. Review: These recipes are simple to make and taste great. Have given it as a gift to several non dieting friends. They too use it a lot. I bought myself a second copy because I use the first one soooo much. My husband likes almost every recipe in this book.
Rating: Summary: The title says it all. Review: Every recipe I have tried in this book has been delicious. The recipes are easy to prepare. The ingredients are usually things you have on hand. The lentil soup and blueberry/cranberry muffins are my favorites. I use these recipes for my guests and they don't even know how healthy they are eating!
Rating: Summary: Easy to Follow, Tasty Recipes! Review: I needed to learn how to cook "low fat." This book has many wonderful recipes and they don't taste like "diet food." I am learning to eat and cook better meals AND loose weight. The recipes are easy to follow and so far I have not been disapointed with the results.
