Summary: The title says it all!
Review: This book contains wonderful, easy recipes such as Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cakies, Garden Pasta With Veggies, and many more. The book emphasizes portioning, points for the 1,2,3 system, and health. It has many helpful hints, and has helped me to incorporate healthier cooking into my life. I have been on WW for 2 years. I lost 54 lbs. in 6 months, and have maintained my desired weight for 1 1/2 years. I love this book!

Summary: Definitely the BEST!
Review: This is the best cookbook I've ever purchased! An abundance of easy-to-follow and great tasting recipes. Even my husband loves these dishes... and he's not officially a Weight Watcher member! Actually, he prefers some of these recipes over his old favorites! Proof that cooking light and healthy CAN taste good too. Definitely the BEST.... 5 stars on this one !

Summary: easy and delicious!
Review: This is my very favorite cookbook. The ingredients used are easy to find, and the directions are clear. Most recipes only have 4-5 steps. I am the only one in my family dieting, but there are no complaints when I serve these dishes.

Summary: Definitely a keeper
Review: This cookbook is one I use whether I'm "counting points" with Weight Watchers or not! I have several Weight Watcher cookbooks and my favorites are always the ones with recipes that members send in. They use "regular" food that you will find in your own supermarket. Most recipes are very simple to make. But best of all, all of the recipes I've tried have been excellent! Some of our family favorites are the Oven Beef Stew, Linguine with Turkey Sausage, Mexican Egg Brunch, Grilled Chicken Citrus Salad (wonderful marinade!), and the Hamburger Nests. You really can't go wrong with this cookbook. It is great!

Summary: All I can say is "Awesome"
Review: I have had this book for about a month now and I love it! Each recipe that I have tried has been easy to prepare and delicious. Realistic recipes that "normal folks" would like, and not a lot of exotic ingredients. I am currently following the 1-2-3 Success program, and this book has been a tremendous help to me. I would defiantly recommend getting it!

Summary: Interesting variety of recipes
Review: What I liked most about this book is the way that the chapters are divided to cover everything you need for a 5-course dinner. You will find starters, soups, poultry, seafood, meat, bakeries and desserts all covered. Many of the recipes are simply lower-fat versions of the originals, example: the french onion soup. The are all quick and very easy to prepare, although not necessarily fat-free. While a lot of these recipes are excellent, some are not really that wonderful because they have been invented by home cooks rather than master chefs. Not many photos in this book.

Summary: We eat from this book 5-7 times a week!
Review: I started WW 7 weeks ago to the moaning and groaning of my husband, who was sure we'd never eat a "good" meal again! How wrong he was, he now says he's never eaten better or as much! I plan at least 5 meals a week and 2 desserts. We have all lost weight and are keeping it off due to the wonderful tasty and easy to make recipes. The first time you think "I can't do all this" but it becomes easier as you experiment and discover how good these recipes are. Buy this one first as I did, you will not be sorry.

Summary: Where are the serving sizes?
Review: While I love the offerings in Simply the Best cookbook, I have to ask: where are the serving sizes? One of the fundamentals of the 123 Success program is learning portion control, and I was extremely disappointed that the recipes in this cookbook don't have serving sizes. Yes, there are point totals, but no explanation as to what these points refer. I hope that the next cookbook Weight Watchers prints will have servings sizes. This should be a no-brainer. Thank goodness that when I ordered Simply the Best, I also ordered the Simple Goodness cookbook, which does include serving sizes.

Summary: Serves up tasty recipes no one will turn their nose up at
Review: This book is great, as it will help you prepare low fat foods that taste really well. You don't have to be a member of weight watchers to enjoy their great food. Weight Watchers has a habit of creating recipes that really do taste great and are low fat. All of the recipes that I have tried in this book have been great. The Orange Chicken CousCous was our favorite. The recipes are of decent sized proportions, that will fill you up. This book does not have a great deal of information about their current program, but you can use this book just fine on its own.

Summary: If I could only have one...
Review: If I could only have one lowfat cookbook, this would be it. I've made about half the recipes in the book and I like almost all of them. I've made several for company. I especially love Bella Braised Chicken and Quick Shrimp Broil. I like the variety. There are recipes that take minutes and recipes that take a long time. There are low cost recipes and expensive recipes. I have talked several people into buying this book and they all love it, too.
