Summary: Good recipes for the comfort food in me
Review: I can't say that these will replace Pizza, mac and Cheese, etc. but they are close. During those times that I want to lose weight I use these recipes, other times I "Cheat" a little bit. Thank you for those of us that are "Almost Level One".

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Loved the recipes
Review: I bought this book because I love all the comfort food recipes in there. She takes into account those of us that are "Almost Level One" in our eating. I didn't read the first part as much because I've read her other books and understand the philosophy (10 lbs and back in a size 8 later). My family balked at the "tater Tot" recipe but I'm going to keep on cooking for our health and my weight!

Summary: another great book
Review: suzanne's weight loss program really does work if you do it correctly and stick to the program. I highly recommend it. Not only did I lose weight, but I learned how to eat healthy, nutritious meals instead of low fat packaged chemical garbage. The recepies are very easy to make and very delicious. Even if you're just looking for some new and different meals to cook, this book is for you!!

Summary: More good stuff from Suzanne
Review: I have all of the Somersize books and I must say the recipes in this latest book are the best. I've tried so many of them and love them all. Thanks Suzanne for more wonderful information and great recipes. Somersize on everyone.

Summary: The Enegizer Bunny of Low Carb Cuisine!
Review: I think I'm going to have to own this, Ms. Somers latest health & cook book, to take it's place along with others on my shelf.

The '70s pinup girl and self-made mogul has done it again. More ingenious recipes (not all the same as I have in other LC books), more insights into health and aging (being 20 years my senior, she has a few insights into aging that inspire good and preventative living), and yes, lifestyle philosophy, complete with pics and stories about the celebrity's family - it is a familiar road traveled now after what, five Somersize books?

The least enjoyable aspect of the book, as mentioned by other reviewers, is the constant pitch for Somersweet (TM!) products. As her line of products expands, the usefullness of her recipes seem to sometimes come in 2nd to the product pitches. As a somewhat experienced cook, I can confidently substitute (fructose or Splenda), but it's...annoying. (I might be more tempted to try Somersweet if the author was more low key about its mention and gave alternative ingredients in recipes calling for Somersweet.)

Still, the recipes are worth the trip, and the dietary program is unique enough in the LC world as to be worth a try!

Summary: The best book yet!
Review: I have all four of Suzanne's books and this is by far the best. The recipes are quick and most importantly, family friendly! I can't wait to try them.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Best Yet!
Review: Suzanne Somers' latest book is the best yet, I think. The recipes are better, faster and easier and the book is full of useful information. Not to mention that this kind of diet does work and is much easier to adhere to. What I didn't like was the fact that this book is used to sell certain items at her website, such as somersweet, which cannot be found anywhere else. However, as revealed in another review, that can be rectified by using other ingredients.

Summary: The Dipper Will NEVER Look Like Suzanne Somers
Review: Yes, I bought this book so I could look at my old Three's Company main squeeze Jiggles sweating into the 21st Century. I think finally, after a quarter of a century, The Dipper now realizes that there never really was much to Suzanne Somers other than a pleasing tendency to undulate. This book basically tells you to eat tasty meals and then jump around alot to burn it off. Wow! Really? I never would have thought of that! Thanks Suzy! Where's my beef jerky and stout? It's dinnertime!

Summary: My kids love this book, too.
Review: Thank ou Suzanne! Now my kids won't have to go to fat camp. They love this food. So does my husband. These are the best recipes yet. I have all the books and like them very much but these are very accessible recipes, easy to make, quick, and with great flavor!

Summary: another QUALITY book by Suzanne
Review: I have all of Suzanne's books. This one is as good or better. I do wish the black and white pictures were larger though.
