Summary: My Review
Review: I ordered the Book a about a month ago and have been well pleased with it, as I usually am with all WW products. The only thing I wish is that they would give specific measurements in cup value etc, so we don't have a difficult time in knowing what a serving is. Otherwise it is really great. Great information for Program and delicious recipes.

Summary: Healthy and delicious!
Review: I use this cookbook on a daily basis. It has everything I need and has taken the place of my torn and tattered "Better Homes" cookbook. The recipes are just delicious! My 18 yr old son, who likes fast food and high fat, actually goes back for seconds. I'm really impressed with this book. I also highly recommend purchasing the spiral binder as it is just so much easier to use.

Summary: An Awesome Weight Watchers cookbook
Review: I have been a Weight Watchers member for a long time (over 2 years) and I have succeded in losing over 115 pounds on the diet. I did that by making the recipes from the weight watchers cookbooks. They have hundreds of recipes that are good for you, low fat, and meals that the whole family will love...even if they do not need to lose weight.
I especially love this book because it also has mouth watering pictures. My sister just bought the cookbook because she recently joined weight watchers and she made 2 recipes in 2 days and her whole family loved the meals.
This is a must buy cookbook for any avid cooker.

Summary: The greatest cookbook for POINTS followers
Review: I have another cookbook, one of those basic Betty Crocker cookbooks full of recipes like making high fat sauces, cooking big hunks of meat, which I bought thinking "oh yeah that has everything" but never used it. Whereas this Weight Watchers cookbook that I just got for my birthday in May, I have used many times. This cookbook has a lot of basics like descriptions of difference spices and techniques to cook with less fat and more flavor. It also has a huge range of recipes, all with the POINTS breakdown. A lot of the recipes are classical updates using less fat, but there is a section of different ethnic foods that is fantastic. This is a great cookbook for anyone who likes traditional food and is trying to eat more healthy with less fat and more fiber! The hardcover edition makes it easy to open up and leave out on the counter while you are cooking.

Summary: Creative and delicious options using POINTS
Review: This new Weight Watchers cookbook utilizes Points program, by offering creative and delicious recipes. The majority of the recipes are achievable by even an inexperienced cook. In addition, the introduction of this book contains program basic information and food lists to assist in meal planning.

Summary: This is a good one
Review: I am a foodie, or an foodie wannabee who has some pounds to lose. Not surprisingly, since there's been a major trend in healthy eating over time, now some even so-called "gourmet" cookbooks are trying to incorporate low-fat things like egg substitutes and evaporated milk into their recipes to make them healthier, or to have less fat.

Luckily, Weight Watchers and the people who publish "Cooking Light" (both owned by same company I think)create truly wonderful recipes which will enable you to stay on a diet and eat well at the same time. The food brains behind these recipes create big flavors from spices, herbs, condiments and pungent additions like exotic mushrooms, chilies, anchovies, capers, olives, etc. instead of from fat.

There is something for everyone in this book. Sometimes you'll make something and go "something's missing" (yeah! the fat!) still there are plenty of keepers here like Roast Zucchini Provencal and the most incredible roast whole chicken w/gravy I've ever had in my life. I have several weight watchers books and don't doubt for a minute that these people are absolute culinary pros who know exactly what they're doing. You won't find classical french cuisine here, but if you need to cut down and eat healthier, this is a great place to start.

Summary: Good... but could be better
Review: This is a pretty good cookbook, especially for weight watchers. I've used all of them and this one is my favorite. It gets right to the basics such as sauces, pie crusts and marinades. It has a lot of useful recipes but some that didn't turn out quite right no matter what. The macaroni and cheese recipe, for instance, came out a gooey mess but the manicotti was to-die-for! I even managed to lower the calories in several recipes even more by substituting lower fat products.

Summary: A Dream Come True
Review: I decided to buy this book to help out with my weight watchers diet not knowing what to expect. WOW!! This cookbook is amazing. The receipes are excellent and they fit my tight budget. It's a dream come true. I recommend this cookbook for anyone that wants to maintain a healthy life style and eat delicious sensible meals on a tight budget.

Summary: Dieters and non-dieters both can enjoy these recipes
Review: I have a collection of Weight Watcher cookbooks. One, out of print, has some of the best tasting recipes for international favorites. But the older WW books don't have the point system used by the current program. (The older system used servings of food groups, the new one uses points--low calorie foods like vegetables accumulate less points than high calorie fat-laden ones. You can eat anything, up to your point total. But if you blow it all on bags of M&M's you will, of course be hungry!) So having recipes that use the point system is very handy to follow a Weight Watcher program. Plus, when you reach your goal, you have to try to stay within 2 lbs of the ideal weight. So, this book is handy to go back on the program if you need to.

This book has more good international favorites such as stuffed grapeleaves (Dolmades) and some American favorites like Tuna Noodle cassarole, which I love but which normally is too rich for me to enjoy. You can make these recipes for the whole family because they taste good --just make plenty for the skinny big eaters to be satisfied. As always, Weight Watcher recipes are great-tasting. I actually prefer their versions of many things to the higher-calorie and fat original versions. You never are left banging on your plate yelling "Hello, Mr. Taste??? Hello?"

Summary: Recipes are low fat and really taste great
Review: All recipes that I have tried out of this book are great. These are recipes that are low fat, and they do not taste low fat. Recipes are flavourful, easy to prepare, and for the most part have ingredients that are common to most kitchens. I have actually made of these for people not on diets and was asked for the recipe. I would highly recommend this anyone that wants a decent recipe book. The book does contain a small amount of info regarding their program.
