Summary: THIS BOOK IS A LIFE SAVER IN EVERY SENCE OF THE WORD.
Review: As a young adult learning how not to compromise my beliefs, and still love others, this book really saved my life. I was loosing my self-worth, mind and my identity trying to please others. I learned how to prioritize my life. I learned that I must know who I am before I give myself to anyone else whether it is physically or spiritually. This life recessitaing book is definitely a must read for all generations, creeds, and colors.

Summary: A book for Todays Woman
Review: I've read this book and it is a book for a mature man or women. It's a book for any individual who is serious about growing up, maturing and developing as a whole person, spiritually, mentally, emotionally and psychologically. It's a book that says, "Father here I am, I give myself to you, and I look to you for my wholeness". We can never be complete until we receive the completeness that come only from the "Father". The information in the book wasn't new to me, because over the past few years the Father, has been revealing these things to me. The great thing about the book is that someone has actually brought the information together, given order and presented it in written format. To any women, or man who finds themselves unfulfilled, and constantly looking to outside externals for fulfillment, this book will help you to see and begin to recognize the compartments within you heart that the Father has gently, yet firmly placed within each of us, needing His guidance and instruction, as only Father God can give. Knowing that God wants sooo much for us to be who He created us to be helps us as we drink from His brook that never runs dry. To ask a man or a women to take on the role or even attempt to assume the responsibility that only a Heavenly Father is capable of is not only unfair and selfish, but is too much for any mortal man. God is a jealous God who wants all of us, and isn't willing to part with anything less. May the mighty man, mighty women of God arise and go forth (whole)in the annointing, leadership, and guidance of the Father. To T.D. Jakes, I lift you up in prayer many times over to the hearing of the Father. Thank you for caring enough to take the time to put into words what we as women need to hear. Sometimes we don't hear because our mothers, sisters, aunts etc. didn't know, or didn't know how to share the heart of the Father. To you I say continue to arise and go forth in the wisdom and annointing of the Father. Again, T.D. Jakes I say ARISE!

Review: I read the reviews on this book and knew the Lord was using Rev. Jake to talk to me. This book has put so much into perspective for me, I thank God that he used Rev. Jake to send this message, he uses plain down home, tell it like it is language. This book lifted me out of a darkness and answered so many questions I had been having. This book is a must read and helped me to know that I must trust in My Lord, he is my everything and can fix and heal everything in my life. Thank you, and may God continue to Bless.

Summary: Inspired by GOD!
Review: The Lady, her Lover, and her LORD helps the Lady to see everything from a clearer perspective. Bishop Jakes does something that many do not - he tells women to take care of self in order to be successful at taking care of those she loves. After reading this book, the Lady is able to understand the inner thoughts of her significant other through Bishop Jakes' honest, touching, sometimes humorous insights. There were moments while reading that I checked the cover for my own name in the title. (smile) He further (and most importantly) shows the need for developing and mantaining a healthy and intimate devotional relationship with our LORD. You will not close this book at the last page and be the same! Truly inspired by GOD.

Summary: The most informationial, and uplifting book I have ever read
Review: The author seemed to know all of the questions women have asked over the years. I personally feel the book gave me so much help with problems I am having in my relationship now. I now know what God wants the woman to do and what he wants the man to do in a healthy relationship. Thank you for all of the help Rev. Jakes, you are sent by God to help the weak woman of the world.

Summary: The most powerful and invigorating book I have ever read!!!
Review: Pastor Jakes gives us an indepth look at what relationships a lady, her lover, and her Lord should have. He helps us to define and set Biblical guidelines to be able to live righteously. The lady learns to cleanse herself and allow the Lord to heal her broken heart. Then she is able to have a healthy relationship with her lover and ultimately her Lord. She is then able to receive the blessings of a virtuous woman. I think the entire book was powerful but I truly enjoyed the chapters on "Satin Sheets Slide" and "Her private garden". Well done, Pastor Jakes, and please continue to do more!!

Summary: THE MAN HAS LOOKED INTO THE SOUL OF WOMEN
Review: After reading this book I was so pumped, I went out and in the next 3 weeks bought and read every book of his that I could find. At first I felt as if I were a sponge and I was trying to suck up all to the knowledge that this Man of GOD had put into print. I now am also collecting his tapes and tape "The Potter's House" on Thursdays. I have three copies of this particular book and am passing it around to my sisters, friends, cousins, and co-workers. I wanted my daughter to have a copy of her own. She just got married and I want her to be able to refer back to it whenever necessary. The book touched me so that I feel that I must do everything that I can to reach out and touch females 12 and over in my life and eventually through-out my city and then who knows how far, to help them to understand that no matter what life has dealt them that they are worth it and that there is a better way. I am now preparing my first meeting/session/program (whatever you want to call it) which will be a full Praise session, my life experiences (which weren't pretty), one of T.D Jakes films then we will share a meal together. I have sent out approximately 50 invitations thus far. I grew up in a drug and crime infested area in Baltimore and there are young women that I must reach before it is to late. Those of you that know the word of prayer, please pray for me and this mission that I feel the LORD has set me on. I feel that every female young and old, married and single, Black and White should have this book. Any man who wants to understand his woman/wife, daughter, friend, mother it would do him good to have this book also. What more can I say?
