Review: I was very disappointed with this book. I feel like it was very poorly written. It was almost too casual for comfort. I also felt like it was elementary advice and not as scripture based. I would not share this book with others.

Review: I wish that I had read this book years ago! More than anything this book has taught me that God is the great orchestrator in my life and He will present me with the mate that He has ordained for me since the beginnning of time. There is no need to worry, search or be anxious because it will happen. Ms McKinney-Hammond shared that if we let go and let God everything will work out according to His will. More than anything this book has given me a peace about being single. It's a must have.

Summary: A Perfect How to wait manual!
Review: I've had friends who've read her other books. I was happy in my singleness, finding my purpose and being busy in church. I was in a group and everyone seemed to believe I would be the first one in the group to remarry. I saw this book on the shelf and thought, "why not?" Excellent, excellent, excellent. The only thing I need to concern myself with is continuing to be about the father's business and fulfilling the purpose he created me for. In other words, redeeming the time. I don't have to look because "he that findeth a wife findeth a good thing." I have to let God be God and when he feels like its time and I'm where I need to be in him, he will work out the details. All I have to do is be who I need to be in him. Practical, insightful, comical are just a few of the words that come to mind when I think about the information she shares in this book. Be anxious for nothing my sisters in Christ!! If God has placed the desire inside of you for a mate, then regardless of how bleak the statistics might be, he has someone special set aside just for you. Wait and again I say wait. You can't afford to do anything else and be in the will of God.

Review: Its not about finding the person, but about being the right person. I thoroughly enjoyed this book. It helped me gain God's perspective on how I should live as a single person. The author challenges you to live a godly life and allow God to bring you your mate. Its worth the wait!!

Summary: Very Good, Practical Book
Review: Michelle gives practical and Biblical tips and lessons for the single, Christian woman. I recommend this book, as well as "Knight in Shining Armor." Michelle's style is engaging and very easy to read. She also gives us examples from her own personal life that we can appreciate. She is very "real." If anyone would like more information on the book (Or her other book, Secrets of an Irresistable Woman) or would like to discuss the book, feel free to write.

Review: Michelle Hammond really gives you hope with this one. She lets you know you have to find who you are as a person, and get on with you life instead of just sitting around waiting for a man to marry. She also give wonderful poems that go along with each chapter. All single women will love ,What to do into love fine you.

Review: Michelle tells it like it is. She covers all of the subjects that no one wants to talk about. I'm so glad that someone finally got to the heart of things!! My best friend and I now ask each other...What would Michelle say about that? You don't just read her book, you live it. Thank you Michelle!!

Summary: Fairly Dissappointed
Review: Perhaps because I bought into all the hyped associated with Michelle McKinney, that I was so dissappointed by this book. For me it lacked depth, and failed to say anything new to the more serious singles in Christ. It also had flowery poetry that was distracting and only drew my interest even further from the book. If you lose the poor poor poetry, the book MAY BE worthy of of two stars. Next time, I'll pass.

Review: The shelves of mainstream bookstores are currently flush with books about romantic relationships. Many of these books give conflicting advice, and as Christians, we're not always sure if the advice provided in thses books is valid from a biblical perspective. What's a single Christian woman to do? Thank goodness that Michelle McKinney Hammond has written a wonderful book for single Christian women. McKinney Hammond's greatest accomplishment is her tone in the book. She talks to the reader like she would a close girlfriend, talking staight, wise, and never "holier than thou." And she derived her advice both from the wise counsel of married women and by going back to the scriptures. McKinney Hammond brings hope, comfort, and straight talk to the single Christian woman.

Review: This author does an excellent job of being very clear about how God wants us to "find" our future husbands. She also constantly refers to the bible so that you know that what she writes are not her ideas, but come straight from the word of God!
