Review: This is may favorite book by Richard Bach. You may have fallen in and out of love, maybe you still feel the pain of losing the love of someone you thought was your soulmate, but if that person is not with you, maybe you're just hanging on to something that's just keeping you from meeting your true love.Sometimes it's easier to hold on to the old pain than to risk opening your heart again. It's not about searching everywhere you go, your soulmate will show when you least expect it, maybe he/she is someone you already know. This book gives us that little sun light we need when we have almost given up. It's not only a beautiful love story, it tells us things we know and believe, but sometimes forget...so don't because your soulmate is right there...somewhere...

Review: This is one of the messages that Richard back wants to transmit to us in a touching story of a man trying to find his other half and, after giving up, finds it in the person he least expected. We see that love can be very difficult until you finally lost all hope and, when that happens, you just find that hope was just in front of you. This book is very special for those of you that have lost all hope in love and in finding your soulmate, even if you were married once and are divorced. It is really touching to see the struggles of two persons that lost all hope in love and found it again, because sometimes the person you least expect happens to be your solemate

Summary: A dream come true!
Review: I met this story shortly before I knew something very similar was happening to me: while reading I understood that was MY story, not Dick Bach's one! I bought another copy of the book and changed all the names with the exact ones (only a printing error in the original edition...) and gave the book to the lady who deserved it. Well, since I've married her and we have 2 kids and love each other much more than the first day, the answer is easy: your soulmate does exist, you MUST find her, and this book was absolutely right!

Review: I've already gone through 6 copies of this book myself. (Usual procedure: I recommend the book, lend the book, and finally find myself right back in the bookstore buying another copy because the person I had lent it to has then lent it to someone else). One of the most poignant aspects of The Bridge Across Forever is the constant spiral that Richard takes when trying to deny the existence of his soulmate - with his own self-denial and self destructive blabber. He seems to suffocate in his own logic and reasoning until his extrordinary revelation that is well beyond inspirational, and worth reading time after time
