Review: This CD really worked for me. I am using it in addition to my
regular exercise and healthy eating routine. It has really helped me stay focused. So far I have lost 16lbs! Also, it has really helped me be more relaxed in my daily life. A tip- I often fall asleep listening so I set a timer sometimes to wake me so I don't sleep too long.
