Summary: Didn't like this one as much as the beginners
Review: Be warned! This workout is much more difficult than the beginners, and I felt was really an advanced yoga workout more than an intermediate one. Plus, the sequences are so long, that you can't really shuffle and recreate your own workouts the way you can with the beginner version of Yoga in a Box. I was really looking forward to owning this since I felt I had mastered the beginners version, but this version was pretty much a disappointment to me.

Summary: Excellent Vinyasa-Style Intermediate Workout
Review: I love this product. I have owned the Yoga in a Box beginner level for some time now along with numerous DVD's, and Yoga in a Box is by far my favorite. Being in a small town and having a 3 and 5 year old it some what limits my ability to find a decent place to practice Yoga. This has solved my problems. While the cards are somewhat flimsier than the cards in the beginners set they are still awesome. Cyndi Lee's voice is perfect for leading a quality workout very calming not at all like the fitness guru turned yoga instructor that I find at gyms. While it still includes some asanas from beginners you also begin working on headstands, downward dog split, staff pose, warrior 3, dolphin, etc. The music CD is much more relaxing than in the beginner set, very easy to listen to and meditate or do a yoga workout. I highly recommend purchasing this set. It still has the stick figures and an explanation of how the pose benefits you on one side and Cyndi Lee performing the pose on the other side of the flash card.

Summary: Great for Quick Home Practice
Review: I've taken classes at the Om Yoga Studio here in New York as well as at several other Yoga studios... I bought this set as part of an attempt to begin a daily yoga practice at home in addition to twice weekly classes. I find the instructional CD to be too slow-moving/easy for me, but using the flash cards and music CD, I can create a short daily practice that works for me. I wouldn't recommend using Om Yoga in a Box or ANY yoga cd/book/video as a substitute for real, live yoga instruction, however. So much of the alignment and correct breathing and meditation is better learned with feedback from an instructor. This works well as a supplement, however.

Summary: You'll experience Yourself
Review: This is a great way to practice Yoga by your self or with a friend.. but you really learn about you and how your own body is developing every week a little more, It is great if you do not have enough time to go to your yoga class, you can practice Yoga at home by your self and almost everywere.. I practice at home, at the garden, at the beach....
