Rating: Summary: Incredibly Powerful Review: I've had this CD since September, and I listen to it daily - Not because I have to, or because I should, but because I want to. The beauty of this CD is how effortless it is, yet it's very effective. It reprograms your subconscious mind to replace limiting old patterns and beliefs with positive, life changing ones - even when you listen to it while sleeping. This CD provides you with guidance to tap into the power you already have to change anything you want to about yourself and your life - anything at all that is important to you. It has helped me immensely in my quest for personal growth and change. I am watching the changes unfold in my life - both internally, and externally - and I am feeling so excited and empowered, yet relaxed and less anxious about different issues that concern me. The background music by Dr. Jeffrey Thomson is very soothing and relaxing. I very highly recommend this wonderful CD.
Rating: Summary: Helps with relaxation Review: This CD does the job of relaxing the mind and getting to the unconscious. If you are one for visualizations, the guided meditation voice-over is easy to follow. Overall ... like the book of the same title, this CD helps get your mind going to believe in its wishes.
I didn't find that the CD did much to help my wishes manifest, but synchroncity lead me to the Sonaya Roman books and tapes which were more focused on specific items, etc that I intended to have/attract/create for myself. Between Roman and Choquette's Heart's Desire ... the new realities really started unfolding.
To be honest, The Circle is too simple in its tone. The author gives lots of platitudes but often there seems to be a bit of ungrounded "magical thinking" and not enough focus on doing to balance the creation of a new reality. If you like The Circle, great ... but don't make it your last stop in the toolbox of being your own genie.
