Review: I had some initial difficulty falling asleep while listening to this tape because I am not used to wearing ear phones to bed. Once asleep, however, this tape consistently induces the most delightful and joyful dreams...often of flying. It makes sleeping a whole different experience!

Review: This tape consists only of tones and synthesized sounds. No spoken word or guided imagry. Produced none of the claimed effects. Recorded sounds such as rain, spring ponds, crickets or ocean waves much more helpful. Soft music such as the Pacheble "Canon" produces more sleep-inducing relaxation. Save your money. Wish I had!
