Review: "Finding Your True Self" audio tape series allows self-healing thru affirmations that inspire hope for your future. Side A of the tape is spoken affirmations said in the first person "I" and the second person "You". The "I" concept is spoken as if we are talking to ourself or what we would hear in our head. The "You" concept is what we would hear from another person that was talking directly to you. The format allows the listener to utilize both ways to help develop themself. The second side of the tape is subliminal messages recorded under a mild, calming music. While listening to the music I felt very relaxed. I noticed the verbal affirmations do inspire faith in oneself. The affirmations address a wide series of subjects from beliving in oneself to accepting change. I find the time I have invested listening to the tape to be very worthwhile. I hope to purchase additional tapes by Dr. Bernie Siegel, M.D. Thank you
