Review: "The Yoga of Work" is excellent for anyone who is questioning their purpose in life, or searching for their destiny. The purpose of this book-on-tape is to teach you not to settle for just a job - but to find your "dharma", or lifes purpose, in which you will be happy.

The guided meditations in this tape are wonderful, and I suggest finding a quiet place to do the meditations. They really help to make the chapter very personal.

The tape also has real-life stories about people who searched for their destiny, and did not settle for just a job. I found these very inspiring.

All in all, a great tape with very useful information for anyone going through a change in their life or career.
