Summary: An Incredible Program that Really Works...& Quickly!
Review: As a woman who has always had a weight problem, at 50, I successfully followed a program to lose 95 pounds. Once within 20 pounds of my desired goal, for some unknown reason, I began rebelling. I found myself eating things I didn't want to eat, yet ate them. I stopped exercising doing activities I loved to do. I was confused and I didn't understand "Why I did what I did." The solutions, I found in my search to solve this dilemma, dealt with external methods of weight loss: Eat less, exercise more, and substitute other hobbies and habits. They worked for me for a while, but the old out-of-control habits returned. I had come to terms that to stay thin, I would have to change my lifestyle. But how when I continued to sabotage myself? I did want to be thin. To stay thin! I worked hard to be thin. Yet now found myself again eating and out of control.

I asked myself questions like "Why do I eat the foods I don't want that don't support my goal to stay thin and be healthy?" Frustrated, I had no answer. I continued to do the things I did not want to do in total confusion and horror as weight slowly started to return. Because of desperation and determination to maintain what I had lost, I searched and quite by accident found the Burris Mind Fitness Program. I began with Burris' first program: "Reprogramming the Overweight Mind." After listening one time, I became aware of changes I could make. In one short week I noticed a substantial impact on my thoughts. Once consciously aware that my body shape and size were created and maintained by years of internal subconscious beliefs and images, Burris then provided the tools and "simple" process to change my internal pictures and words. Through repeating this process daily, my subconscious began to create new ideas and programs giving me conscious alternative options. I went from asking negative-driven questions to positive-driven questions like "How do I operate in my daily life to create and maintain my body so it is remains healthy, fit and thin" or "what steps can I take to maintain a healthy, fit and thin body?" This process challenged my subconscious mind to create new programming giving me hope to finally finding a "true" method for making permanent changes. It is the first program I've found to allow me to effectively make positive permanent deep changes on my own.

Following this into Burris' next program. "Programming Your Fit Mind" provided an important transition from Kelly Burris' first audio program to the next. Phase two incorporates new tools that taught and supported me in entering a deeper state of controlled consciousness Burris calls "Trance-Formation." This process allowed me to imprint even stronger new images and words into my subconscious. It became a stronger continuation in support of my goal for positive healthy choices that would forever relieve my life of the torturous doing of things I don't want to do. Using this accelerated "unlearning" process on a daily basis continues to build on the first program in developing empowering new "How" and "What" questions to replace ineffective "Why" questions. My mind is now filled with new subconscious programming I have chosen and not those I developed by the learned unskilled behaviors of my youth and of impact by others in my life's development. The Burris Mind Fitness program teaches that what I say to myself is more important than what anyone can say about me or to me. This program has given me positive, useable skills to make permanent changes in my life and it really works! I highly recommend it to those that want to make permanent positive changes in their health and fitness.
