Summary: Enchanting...
Review: This book is the first of Sabrina's that I know of.
I have to admit, when I got it for Christmas from my mom, the title scared me, and the art kinda did too.
I soon found myself staying up late, late past when I should have been sleeping to read "Spilling Open"
I enjoyed this book so much. I'm sure you will too.

I can't wait for Sabrina Ward Harrison to write more books. I loved the first and I positively can't wait for her next excellent work to come out. I hope I will soon see much more of this author's work in my book shelves.

Summary: Sabrina the great.
Review: This book reveals a part of the soul of a person, through the mediums through which she expresses herself so well. A wonderful example of both art and expression

Summary: inspiring
Review: This energetic book stirred up a lot of emotions in me. Above all, I'd say this book is brave, real, and incredibly generous. What a gift Sabrina has given us! I'd love to hear more from her and see more of her art and photography. I'm the same age as Sabrina and at a similar place in my life, so it was especially good to have something this raw and intimate from another young person.

Summary: Spilling Open
Review: This is absolutely the best book I have ever read. I'm a High school senior, getting ready for college, and this book really put to rest any negative feelings i have about the the rest of my life. Thank you Sabrina for sharing it with me.

Summary: A Journey
Review: This is one of those rare books that comes along and makes you think about your own life. I laughed, cried, and smiled all in the same breath. Reading Sabrina's words is like reading your own mind. She has the courage (and knowledge) to say what we all feel at times. I keep this book with me and when I have had a "mucky" day pick it up to remind myself that I am okay as I am. A truly beautiful work.

Summary: Spilling Open is beautiful and inspiring!
Review: What a beautiful creation this book is. Sabrina Ward Harrison is so honest, candid and truthful in her interpretations. I admire her respect and appreciation for nature, God, wonder, and love. I only wish I could express myself as eloquently.

Summary: Visually stunning & opening
Review: When I saw "Spilling Open" pop up on Amazon.com, I was thrilled by the reviews and couldn't wait to read the book! When I finally managed to get my hands on a copy (my sister's "borrowed" copy, actually), I wasn't so thrilled -- I expected something new, exciting, helpful, and spiritual. Sure, Sabrina Ward Harrison is a talented artist, there's no doubting that, but the writing is quite repetitive and more ventilating for the writer than therapeutic for the reader (although there were a few good quotes). For people new in the self -discovery -inspiration realm, this book will be shocking and revitalizing. However, for people who regularily go through self-improvement books, this will just be a pretty canvas and leave them needing more.

Optimistically speaking, the high points of this book were: the art, the list of "making yourself better", the quote about loving fearlessly, and "in love I become who I must understand". I look forward to Sabrina Ward Harrison's future books and I hope she spreads her wings to fly to take the next step after spilling open.

Summary: Not only a great book, but a work of art
Review: When I saw this book, I was amazed at the artistic talent of the writer. Even though some pages were confusing because of the drawings and pictures I can say I truly enjoyed it from cover to cover. It is like taking a trip back to adolecense and those confusing and amazing times. This book it's a must have.

Summary: Wonderful!
Review: Yes, the fonts are hard to read sometimes - but I think if you sit down and read it thoroughly and carefully, you will benefit from this book. I am the same age as Sabrina, too, and this book hits the nail on the head of what inner emotions battle. RECOMMENDED!
