Review: Advocate and Fanatic deliver the goods once more. Castaway is a wacky parody of all those Survivor-type TV shows, with a seriously funny twist.

A bunch of people are dropped on a small island divided in two teams competing for a lot of cash. Will they survive the increasingly life threatening challenges thrown at them by the out of control TV presenter? And who will end up with the cash?

Who cares? All we want to know is whether Shannon the sweet blond TV exec thrown in the game by her demented boss will manage to win the heart of Ryan the gorgeous paranoid survivalist who managed to snatch the island's only supply of toilet rolls!

I enjoyed the series week after week on the web, I expect to enjoy the book and its extra post-island life chapter even more.

Summary: The Ultimate Survivor Spoof!!!
Review: Being a huge fan of the show Survivor, I felt that this would be a fun book to read. Being a heterosexual male, I wasn't sure if all the gay stuff would be annoying or not. As it turns out, the book was great, and the gay stuff was predominant lesbian (I can deal with that, and it was kind of erotic to boot). I tore through this book in two evenings due to its humor, and smooth story line. It really did read like you were watching a television series. Give this book a shot. I am sure you will like it.

Review: Castaway is one of the most hilarious stories I've read in a long time. The humor is sharp, satirical and very tongue-in-cheek (no pun intended!). IMO, it's much more entertaining than the TV show "Survivor", on which it is semi-based. I give it five stars!

Review: Reality TV and two of the best parody writers around collide.

You get Castaway. This is what it looks like behind the scenes of those outrageous TV shows when they put together an unpredictable group and then insert their own people to influence the ratings and the outcome. However, things don't work out quite the way the network planned when their `plant' falls for one of the contestants.

As always, Advocate and Fanatic hit the mark directly on with the outrageous humor of this book. It's an absolute riot from start to finish.

Review: The only regret I had about this book was that I had to put it down to sleep or go to work. It's a funny, fast read and one of the best books I've read in a long time. You won't regret buying this book. Advocate and Fanatic never disappoint and this book only further solidifies their reputation as great writers with a keen wit and a knack for snappy dialog and comedic situations. Buy it already! Trust me!

Good shot! Advocate and Fanatic (the Dynamic Duo--Ha! two out of three, now) turn their humor loose on a send up to the TV hit. This story is filled with descriptions of a gorgeous tropical location, hot monkey sex, outrageous situations, hot monkey sex, whacky adventures, hot monkey sex, humor, hot monkey sex, kooky characters, and hot monkey sex. With everything being influenced by the cut throat competition for a million dollar prize (and the unscrupulous antics of the demented network people in a quest for ratings). Did I mention the hot monkey sex? <.g.>

This story is an absolute riot. Fanatic and Advocate have even included an incredible star crossed love story with a sharp, cutting edge of realism...just ask Tiffany. <.eg.>

A feeble or ridiculous imitation? Oh no, this one is the real deal! Extremely entertaining and hilariously funny...5 stars.
