Review: This is a very well written book. The characters are realistic. The scenes, both the crime scenes, and the love/ lust scenes are very real and evoke feelings that range from terror and greif to compassion and joy. A realistic portrayal is given of the religious right's responsibility in the condemnation and vicious targeting of gay people. The plot twists and surprises are well thought out and the outcomes are satisfying. I hope a sequel is forthcoming.
