Summary: Its about time!
Review: Your local bookseller will have entire sections of books all about heterosexual relationships-- how come it took so long to get a true gay and lesbian relationship book that was this good? The good thing about this book, however, has to do with its sub-title: "Creating the Stories of Our Lives." Whereas other books of its genre seem to rest only on their author's self-proclaimed expertise, Martinac uses the book as a sort of collage. She explores relationships though all sorts of interviews and personal stories written by herself and other gay and lesbian people. This book doesn't tell you how your relationship should function, rather it tells how other relationships have, and thus you can relate your life to those in the book. I would definitely reccomend it-- Very inspiring!
