Rating: ![3 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-3-0.gif) Summary: useful for its time Review: This is a slim text. I bought it almost a decade ago when there were few gay legal anthologies around. Now that Rubenstein, Eskridge, Hunter, and others have compiled larger books, this book seems a little less critical to have. It repeats cases involving gays fighting for employment, citizenship, child custody, etc. However, based upon its date, it doesn't include "Romer v. Evans", the Boy Scout decision, and many other cases from the past eight years or so. Still, I can't get myself to throw my copy away, so there's something that I still find useful about it.
