Summary: The best available gay guide to Cologne
Review: Bruno Gmünder Verlag has published gay travel guides to German cities for quite some time now, and their experience shows. This book (Köln von Hinten, or 'Cologne From Behind') is an excellent guide for gay men to not only Cologne, but also Düsseldorf, Essen, Bonn, and other cities in North Rhine-Westphalia. There is also some information for lesbians here, but the emphasis is definitely on gay men. If you've never been to Cologne, it's perhaps the gay cultural center of Germany, and is a great place to spend a couple of days; the men are handsome and friendly, accomodations are reasonable, and there's a lot to see during the day (the Museum Ludwig for example). Highly recommended.
