Review: Aboveall, El Amante Lesbiano teaches us that there are many ways to love, none being "better" or more "normal" than the rest. By introducing us into the sexual minds of its varied characters, we gain a different perspective on homosexual, transgeneric and other(!) orientations... I liked this book a lot - more for the content/message than for the writing itself. It gets you thinking about the infinite possibilities of sexual identity and this is exciting.

Summary: Fascinating, thought provoking, prose to die for
Review: Jose Luis Sampedro, is one of the worlds best contemporary writers. This fairly recent work places his contribution fairly and squarely ahead of more popular Nobel prize winners and budding candidates. Let's see if enough people have as much intellect and courage to come to the same conclusion, however, even if he is Saint Pedro (Sampedro) don't expect any miracles.

Buy this before he becomes really famous! Then you can say, "oh! of course, I read Sampedro well before his universal rise to galactic fame"

Review: Un libro muy bien escrito, y con ideas novedosas. La manera que tiene el lector de concebir lo "normal" de lo "anormal" cambiará a lo largo del libro. Pienso que debe ser leído por personas de amplio criterio.
